Design

The vaporizer consists of a helical-wound tube bundle. The tubes are welded into a ring pipe which serves on the lower side as a liquid distributor and on the other side as a gas collector. An optimal arrangement of tubes and tube layers in axial and and radial direction ensures an unrestricted water flow.

The tube bundle is installed in a round water bath container, equipped with a water overflow, drainage and temperature indicator. Optional a level indicator is possible.

Bundles are manufactured using mainly austenitic materials or in special cases nickel or copper alloy.
